We’ve implemented a fix and are closely monitoring this issue affecting iFrame access to the Customer Portal. A recent partner security update unintentionally disabled iFrame support.
The setting has now been reverted to restore compatibility. "Track Status" also known as the Customer Portal should now be working as expected.
